As cerca de 30 entidades, entre associações do setor, empresas, instituições académicas, entre outras, vão trabalhar em conjunto toda a fileira “desde a produção, questões ligadas à sanidade, nomeadamente doenças como a tinta, o cancro ou a recente ameaça da vespa do castanheiro, ou fenómenos tecnológicos, por exemplo na área da comercialização.
